The B&B was pretty nice. The pool was good, with nice sun loungers. Breakfast was good, and the outdoor terrace was enjoyable. The owner and staff were considerate. It really felt like a luxury holiday. There were no reading lamps in the beds. The door was a bit old and hard to open. The pool was a bit empty. There were no drinks available by the pool.

This place is amazing. The grounds are immaculate, the pool area is so beautiful and a wonderful place to relax. There is wine and other drinks available via an honesty list. You have breakfast out on a patio looking over the gardens. The views are beautiful and we sometimes just sat on the side of the bed looking out. There is a village close by with yummy pizza and gelato. All you need really! Montepulsiano is a short drive away as are a lot of other villages. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff are lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We loved it and wished we were staying longer. The only improvement I could suggest is to have a small bar fridge in the rooms.

The pool, breakfast, room services, gardens and overall setting were very nice and everything was well cared for. The bed was hard.

The staff were definitely welcoming and the building from the outside is truly beautiful and well maintained. The bathroom lacks a bidet, which is built into the room and is more of a dead end. The air conditioning is very noisy, the room is not very bright and the bed is too soft. The soundproofing between the room and the one opposite is not great. Breakfast is very focused on continental and there are no homemade cakes or fresh juices.
