The transient is perfect for family. Very spacious! The location is perfect too; there’s a store nearby only 3‑5 minutes walk from the unit. The Kuya caretaker forgot to ask his name but he’s very kind and approachable.

The place is in a convenient spot and the parking is free. It has a kitchen and lets you check in early, and there are plenty of beds for large parties. The photos look better than the actual rooms. When I mentioned that some of our family members had mobility issues, they claimed there were no stairs, but there were actually two steps that felt like five, making it hard for a relative to reach the rooms. The building feels old and dirty; we found four large cockroaches. Renovation workers are on site and their loud music is disruptive, and it seems they forget that two units are occupied. The shower curtains and ceilings in the bathroom have mold, the window screens are grimy, and the jalousie windows in one bathroom force us to keep the door open or neighbors could see us. There are many small bugs, but the cockroaches were the worst. I was lucky not to have my kids with me, otherwise I’d have had to deal with all those insects.

The accommodation is neat and very comfortable, and it’s easy to get what you need because the property is close to a store and a bakery. It feels safe; you can leave your car outside because the gate is high enough to protect it. Kuya Rene is the best person to help with anything you need.
