The restaurant served top‑tier dishes, and the staff we interacted with were both delightful and helpful; the location was convenient for all of Lincoln’s attractions. However, there was a very strong sweet scent in the room—somewhat familiar, probably from a deodoriser.

Great spot in downtown Lincoln. The downstairs restaurant/bar offers good food. The bathrooms are refurbished and the bedrooms tidy, with warmth in winter and plenty of storage. Parking is at the back. Ideal for a quick getaway. The downside is our room was at the rear, feeling a bit dark with the current decor and dim lighting, and it’s a shame they don’t serve breakfast.

I always find this place reliable, clean, and friendly, and the food, bar, and staff are great.

The location was farthest from the music, but the meal was nice; however, there were no electric blankets and the extra blankets were poor, so it was very cold each evening when we arrived, and there was no heated towel rail.

Great wee spot, nice location, meals were amazing, and the price was very well matched, rooms were warm, had good curtains to keep the outside light out. only issue was the bed; it was 2 singles put together, and the beds were too hard
