The entertainment was excellent, especially thanks to Angela for spending time with us! ❤️ We also loved the food, outdoor pools, gym, and beach. It’s a 5‑star hotel, but the drinks definitely don’t reach 5 stars.

Everything was amazing: the variety and quality of food, the swimming pools, the bars. The place was very clean and the rooms came with all the facilities.

The food was good and, overall, the staff were polite. I had already filed a complaint, but nothing was done. In our villa room, the toilet was leaking. Over time it had lost some liquid, so the floor became yellowed from urine and other excrement. The bathroom had an extreme odor. We complained and they tried to clean it, but that didn’t help. The tiles need to be replaced. I also don’t understand how a hotel can be family‑friendly when there are open cable ducts and whole power cables with exposed copper wires everywhere.
