The place was nice and quiet, with no road or people noise. However, the bed and box springs were in bad need of replacement; we were in room 16 and they needed to sit on each side of the bed. Also the wallpaper was loose on the back wall.

There was no breakfast, but the location was okay. The ice machine was not working.

The spot was great and the price was reasonable, but the room felt very old, the bathroom baseboard was dirty and the bathtub was rusty.

The grounds looked nice, yet nobody had mowed around the building and the room was full of spiders. The bed cover was stained with something that looked like Vaseline or KY. When we asked for ice, none was available. We had asked for a handicapped room, were told none existed, and were then put in a room with 4-5 steps, even though rooms without steps were available. We later discovered many locals were living there permanently.

Nothing positive. The room smelled like cigarettes at check‑in, the bathroom door handle was broken, and the whole space stank.
