The location was good and the housekeepers were friendly, but everything else was disappointing. The staircase from the bar to the room was awful, the flush didn’t work, and the plumbing made a loud racket. The walls were paper‑thin, so I could hear every conversation in the bar until almost 1 am while lying in bed, and at times it felt like I was having an intimate relationship with the people in the room upstairs. The room itself was okay with a comfy bed, but overall it could have been great if not for these issues.

The location was very central and convenient, offering great views. The only downside was that the bar closed at 10 pm, so I couldn’t use it.

The location was very convenient for town and restaurants, and the room and bathroom were a nice size. The mattresses and pillows were a little firm for our liking, and the paintwork looked a bit tired, but it was fine for a short stay given the circumstances.
