“Wonderful place convenient to almost everything”

The spot is great—right in a lively district packed with shops, grocery stores, and restaurants, but not too crowded. Walking distance to nearby sights and across the river is easy. If you enjoy a balcony for coffee or tea, grab the only room that offers one. The room itself is tidy, though a bit cramped, so bring minimal luggage. Remember the hotel has two buildings: breakfast is included in #6 but not in #9, where the balcony room is located. The airport shuttle bus is an affordable alternative to a taxi if you’re not lugging much, as its stops are about 1 km away. The shower needs improvement—water pressure is weak, only the handheld works, and the overhead shower pin is faulty.

“Lijepo, udobno.”

The accommodation, location, and view are phenomenal. However, the bathroom had a long wait for hot water, the flow was weak, and the shower head needed a stronger jet. Also, there was no wardrobe to store items.

“Terrible”

Grand Suite not so big. Good and nice view but only that. No cleaning as all things are full with dust. Warm water not working and water have no pressure, only two drops. Horrible for a “Grand Suite”. And then they said that check out is at 11.00 and at 10.40 they are opening your door and trying that you get out at the same moment. Tremendous. Grand Suite not so big. The location is fantastic, the place is extremely clean and pleasant. The hosts provided plenty of guidance.

Everyone raved about the view, and we agree. The room could have been cleaner. The shower area lacked molding and a towel rack; the overhead shower worked only sometimes, so we mostly used the handheld. There was no seating in the room except on the balcony, which was quite dirty. They claim no smoking, yet we frequently smelled smoke and found used cigarettes on the balcony, probably from previous guests. I expected this part of the city to be noisy, so closing the doors helped. The A/C was great. As others noted, there were no plates or utensils to enjoy a snack or wine on the balcony while taking in the amazing view.
