The location is the only plus point; there was no breakfast, everything was very dirty, and nothing else felt cozy or appropriate for the price. No water in the room (even when asked), and the coffee maker and tea kettle were very germ‑laden.

Very close to the beach, the suite under the roof offered sea view, and the host was extremely friendly. Everything was fine, but the stairs are very steep and narrow.

It was a solid choice to get to Zandvoort for the F1 Grand Prix, staying 40 minutes from the event entrance and 20 minutes from the train station. The room was roomy—one of the few times the photos matched reality—offering good lighting, a decent bathroom, and beds that were a bit soft but fine for personal taste. Check‑in and check‑out were quick and the staff were pleasant. The only downside was the stairs, which are quite steep and there's no elevator.
