The place was clean, quiet, and the staff were mostly friendly—Yeliz stood out. It’s close to Florya Beach, one of the few beaches in Istanbul, but the beach itself was algae‑covered and not very good. There’s no elevator, and while breakfast was decent, it could improve. The park near Florya Beach feels unsafe; my wife’s purse was stolen there and the police were unhelpful. Overall, if you visit Istanbul, keep a close eye on your belongings.

The Casa Florya Hotel gives off a cozy, family‑friendly vibe. Every room was spotless and well cared for. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive, making us feel right at home. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was great! The proximity to the sea is a huge plus. The room is fully equipped (even has a washing machine!). It’s very clean and tidy. The staff are pleasant to talk to. Thanks for a relaxing stay!
