The location is perfect for exploring Nafplio, parking is easy nearby (at least in September), there are bars, restaurants and shops, the balcony view is great, and Nikos was helpful and gave useful advice, but the stairs were a bit of a hassle and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain in spots; without that issue it would have earned a full 10.

The stay was excellent, the hospitality really stood out, the host kindly waited for me late into the evening while I was travelling from far away, which I truly appreciated; the room was very clean, the location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Nafplio—and the view was absolutely beautiful. A lovely experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The design is lovely with lots of wood, the owner told me he built it himself, he welcomed me with fruit and wine, and there’s a bus stop next to the cabin that takes you to the old town and back.

The spot is right in the city center, everything nearby. The stairs up are a bit of a workout for me, a 52‑year‑old woman, but younger folks should manage fine.

The location was spot‑on, and the internet was super fast and steady. Nikos was fantastic. Lots of stairs, yet still doable.
