Hotel Madrid

The breakfast is simple yet sufficient, but the room has a strong sewage smell, the bed is uncomfortable, and while the cost‑benefit is acceptable, the sewage odor definitely needs to be addressed.

The service was excellent, yet the hotel is in poor condition with leaks and a torn towel.

“Péssimo lugar!”

Nothing good at all, and the host was rude when I was received.

Nothing at all! 1⁰ Terrible reception upon arrival—never been so poorly greeted by an attendant, who was rude and ill‑mannered!!! 2⁰ The place was dirty, with wall leaks!!! 3⁰ The entire building had no electricity all day (the only property on the street without power), and I was told nothing beforehand; I arrived around 20:00 in heavy rain and the attendant wouldn’t even let us in! 4⁰ After many questions, the attendant called Mr. Marcelo (apparently the owner) who promised to cancel the reservations! 5⁰ I received no support; my whole family was left in that situation I don’t wish on anyone! 6⁰ I had to drive another 01:30h to a nearby town because there was no other accommodation with a vacancy! 7⁰ I had to handle everything alone, and I hope I never return to this place!

“Ótima estadia.”

The city is welcoming. The hotel is quiet, close to the center, with a pool.
