I want to thank the staff, particularly the Egyptian guy at the reception, for their excellent service. The room was fine for its purpose, and all the amenities were available in the area. I didn't have any major complaints.

“لا يستحق التجربة للأمانة”

The location is perfect, close to the metro and the southern ring road. However, my experience was marred by a series of mishaps. I booked a room and a suite, but upon arrival, I was given a single room next to the reception desk, which was noisy. To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful, and I had to pay for a water bottle on my second day. The furniture is old, and the rooms smell terrible. The previous reviews must have been written by people who stayed in a different hotel.

I didn't actually stay here, but everything I've heard suggests that it's amazing. The rooms are probably lovely, and the service is top-notch.

I was blown away by the cleanliness and comfort of the suite, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially the guy named Mohamed. I'd like to thank him personally for making my stay so enjoyable.
