I am filing a formal complaint about the accommodation booked through the platform because the conditions found on site do not meet the minimum hygiene and habitability standards expected from an advertised listing. Upon arrival, I discovered several serious cleanliness and maintenance issues: the pillows were extremely dirty, with many visible stains indicating inadequate cleaning and possible reuse without proper sanitation; there was mold in the bathroom, visible on the walls and grout, creating an unhealthy environment that could harm guests' health; the overall state of the property was inconsistent with the photos and descriptions in the ad. I have attached photographs proving these conditions, including images of the stained pillows and the mold in the bathroom. The pillows were unusable, and I requested a replacement, but the new one arrived in the same condition. I consider the accommodation to fail the minimum hygiene, safety, and quality requirements that should be demanded of establishments listed on its platform.
