Just a place to sleep, but the bathroom was nasty and in room 106 the cold water wouldn't shut off. I had to call the front desk after every shower to get it turned off, and the step up in the bathroom was a trip hazard that we all kept tripping on—my daughter even fell.

The air conditioning and refrigerator were cold, but a few of the bath towels were dirty, showing black stains. I was told to leave dirty towels outside and that clean ones would be brought in a bag, yet when I returned to the hotel there were no clean towels available, so I had to ask for them.

Das Personal war sehr nett, aber die Unterkunft ist nicht zumutbar: die Decke im Bad fällt runter, die Betten sind nicht frisch und dreckig—nicht möglich zu übernachten. Wir haben bei Ankunft storniert und ein anderes Hotel gesucht.

Nothing needs to be taken off your app, but this was the worst hotel stay I have ever dealt with. Blood‑covered towels in the dresser, a cleaning lady who was begging for money, and roaches—never stay here unless you are a dog, and even then that’s fine with you.
