The place was clean and close to everything. We like Quality Inns because they have a big chair in the rooms, and I can't sleep in a bed because I have bad shoulders, so I sleep in the chair. It's nice. The water pressure was iffy and the water could have been warmer.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and well maintained. We didn't need any room service during our stay and that worked out great. The water pressure was poor and the heat of the water was not very good but it got the job done. When we arrived, they tried to put us on the second floor. There is no elevator and we are elderly and had a ton of stuff to haul, so they got us in a room on the first floor. They did a great job.

It was good value for what we paid and breakfast was good. The neighbors were noisy, and the bathroom light was on a timer and kept going off while in the shower.

It was clean and the AC worked. I left an extension cord in the room when I left. When I called the hotel about it, they had no interest in attempting to find it, and the coffee maker did not work.
