The property itself is nice, but an 18‑wheel truck parked right outside our window had its engine running for part of the night. Breakfast was the same old egg‑like stuff, mystery sausage, and waffle‑paver combo. If you want to attract more guests, offer a breakfast that beats the bland industry norm.

Breakfast was cold and lacked eggs or bacon; I expected much more for the price. The biscuits wouldn't even melt butter. The king bed was extremely hard.
