“Ok”
The receptionist and concierge were really helpful and professional, an amazing start, but the room in general was disappointing: the entrance door wasn’t working properly and they had to look into it, the coffee machine was broken, the room was cleaned only enough for the eyes to see, not in detail, the TV was basically impossible to watch because every channel was blocked, there weren’t enough sockets in the room so we couldn’t charge our phones, the breakfast experience was very poor, a gentleman without a nametag rushed us in at 8 am shouting at us to follow the hostess, not the service I was expecting, and the butlers’ uniforms were dirty and the breakfast ran out immediately.
