When we arrived, the property was covered in rubbish and the smell was strong, though the room itself smelled fine and the left‑hand side bed was hard. We both slept on top of the duvet with our own blankets, and if we hadn’t had a concert to attend on Saturday we would have left. My daughter jumped on my bed because someone was tapping on the window, sounding like scratching. A note was posted saying that if they didn’t move the doors and rubbish they would report us for fly‑tipping. The back garden needed sorting out.

The only positive was that it was within walking distance of Sefton Park. This was a regular terraced house in the middle of a housing estate, with rubbish all around, and the house had just had lockable bedroom doors installed before being advertised as an inn! No outside photos were shown, which explains why. Our room was basically a box with a bed squeezed into it and a sofa bed, curtains were broken and shoved into the wardrobe, the place wasn’t dirty but also wasn’t clean. We got in late from a concert and left early. It wasn’t what we expected; next time I’ll take an Uber elsewhere. Please avoid.

The place has a big living room with a smart TV and other decent facilities, so for the price it’s not too bad, but the bed was really uncomfortable and the room wasn’t very clean.

No light in shared bathroom.unable to open window.cooling fan not working.unclean.wind making noise through window.tripped down step into bedroom .not marked up.hurt ankle.sink blocked.no flush on toilet.we dropped in bags and left for concert immediately.returned to to the room -tripped up on arrival on step down into bedroom-would not have stayed in these conditions.we left immediately early hours of this morning and drove home.do not take payment until this is resolved.full refund.note-what kind of business are you running.would have had better conditions .in a YmCA.?????????-people need to know about this property.bad reviews for Booking .com
