“Splendida città e spagnoli molto vivaci e simpatici. Visitati anche El Escorial, Segovia e Toledo.”

The bed was comfortable but not double, with single beds side by side. The presence of a bidet was very positive for us Italians! The breakfast was very good, though it could be improved, for example with non‑industrial jams… The location is excellent, just 6 minutes on foot from the Canal metro station that runs through the whole centre. The room lighting needs absolutely improving.

“Great stay in a great city.”

I liked how big and comfortable the bed was. I had to change my original room after one night to a better one and it was worth the upgrade. The staff was also very helpful when I needed assistance. The location was also good and it was easy to get to areas where I needed to be. I loved my stay and can't wait to come back.

“The hotel is located in a nice, quiet, neighborhood with convenient small shops and cafes nearby.”

The location has two sides: 1) it’s in a quiet Madrid middle‑class neighbourhood, with typical small shops, cafés, taverns and a nice public market nearby. 2) It’s not especially conveniently located for public transit, either metro or bus.

They offer a garage, but we didn’t use it because the reception advised against it due to the size of our car (Cupra Formentor).

“I liked my stay, the staff are very helpful and kind”

Great location, the staff are friendly and helpful, there is free coffee and snacks in the lobby, but the room is a bit tight.
