“Nice apartments, bad signing, dirty public toilets, poor staff”

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had a great view, with a fully furnished kitchen. Finding it was a nightmare: the signs were tiny and barely visible from the road, and the staff didn’t answer the phone when we called four times. Neighbors had to help us locate the place. There was only one extra blanket in the apartment. The spa and pool changing rooms and washrooms were dirty, and one toilet was blocked when I visited; I notified an employee but nothing changed. The public washrooms and changing rooms are deteriorated, clearly pointing to management and staff issues.

“Le parc aquatique étais une super addition avec des enfant”

Le centre aquatique était super avec des enfants. Pas énormément d’équipement dans la cuisine, mais petite cuisine quand même pratique et efficace

“Be aware and only book after looking the photos of the respective units.”

The location was fine, and some units were in good condition, but others were still under maintenance and still being rented. On the second day they helped me move to a renovated apartment, which I appreciated, but they shouldn’t have rented the bad units in the first place. I booked a 3‑bedroom chalet that was quite old, with several rooms in poor condition, including the kitchen. Exhausted, I asked for a change and they denied it, saying no new unit was available. They did relocate me the next day to a 2‑bedroom apartment in good shape. The unit assigned on day one had no AC, no light in the living room, the third bedroom had a running fan, and there was a water leak in the kitchen. It’s hard to believe so many issues could exist in one unit; the other two bedrooms were okay.
