The buffet served tasty dishes with drinks on tap all day – even beer and coffee.
The staff were friendly, no complaints there.
plenty of kid‑friendly activities and a solid wellness area that includes a sauna and pool.
The room was tiny but had everything we needed and a gorgeous view.

“Cozy room with great view, but bathroom is tiny”
The room was tiny but had everything we needed and a gorgeous view. The staff were friendly and gave us a personal touch, and the buffet served tasty dishes with drinks on tap all day – even beer and coffee. The only downside was the cramped bathroom, though the quiet location and short drives to nearby sights made up for it.
“Mountain family retreat – great food and spa”
Set in the mountains, the hotel turned out to be perfect for a peaceful family break, with plenty of kid‑friendly activities and a solid wellness area that includes a sauna and pool. The food was tasty, especially the organic options, and we liked that parking was free. We'll definitely be back.
The hotel’s facilities are good, but the room for one person is very bad—too small and the bed is super uncomfortable. The food is average; personally I won’t return because it seems too expensive for the room’s quality‑price ratio. Thank you. The indoor pool and saunas are fine.
“Nice staff and view, but cleanliness terrible”
The employees were genuinely nice and the menu offered a solid selection of food and drinks, plus the scenery was simply dreamy. Unfortunately the cleanliness was far from what you'd expect at a four‑star hotel – the room, restaurant and bar all felt a bit neglected. The balcony suite looked worn, the shower drained poorly, toiletries were missing, and the chairs were dirty, so we didn't even sit on them. We'd remembered this place from earlier trips and hoped for more, so it was a let‑down.
