Hello: 1. The hotel is very clean and the furniture is modern and wonderful. 2. The reception staff are all cooperative and kind in everything. 3. The location is excellent. No negatives.

The food at this hotel was simply great! Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, dinner was also delicious but a bit pricey. The air conditioning couldn’t be controlled, so the room was too warm. The front‑desk staff didn’t speak English, which is disappointing for a 4‑5 star hotel.

Modern rooms with a large shower and fast robot delivery of drinks via WeChat. The AC didn’t cool the rooms at all, even with the fan blasting. There are only 3 elevators for the entire hotel, causing long waits. The area around the hotel feels pretty desolate, and metro access isn’t very convenient.
