The location was good, but the room was basic with no mirror, the shared shower was dingy and the kitchen was decent; I had no idea if I could use the items, yet I did make drinks and used the milk in the fridge, which might have belonged to someone else 😬.

The spot was very convenient, just a short walk from the metro station to the city centre. However, the bathroom was on the opposite side of the hall and you had to pass a security camera to reach it; the lock on the bathroom door was broken, so it felt unsafe. The shower curtains hung on only a few hooks, as did the window curtains in the room, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Trash bags piled outside the building released a nasty smell in the heat, especially since our room was directly above them.

It looked lovely, but it needed more cleaning.

There was nothing noteworthy. It wasn't a hotel but a private house turned commercial; a shared kitchen served about eight rooms. The house was in a residential area with no sign, the space was cramped, and there was no staff to help. Getting to downtown was pricey and hard, and the only TV in the house never worked, so I couldn't watch the World Cup.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and good value.
