I had a flawless stay, everything was great.

“Did not stay, wanted a refund acted like they didn’t want to release it to me. Poor quality of a hotel choice.”

I didn't find anything positive; the hotel felt like a hostile environment.

I liked the place, but they charged me more than what my reservation said and that shouldn’t happen; they overcharged the total price of my booking.
