“We booked this honeymoon suite as a surprise for our newly married friends, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The”

We were thrilled by the quiet spot, the stunning scenery, and the opulent feel of the resort. The staff were warm and helpful, especially when they arranged a honeymoon surprise for our friends. The room’s décor was gorgeous, and the whole experience made the stay feel truly special. We would definitely recommend Elixir Woods Luxury Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Munnar. We had no complaints at all; everything was perfect. A special thank you to the staff for being so cooperative and accommodating with our requests, going out of their way to arrange the surprise and making the whole experience smooth and memorable.

The overall stay and the property were really good. There was a rat inside the bedroom. It kept running around the room all night, making noises, so we couldn’t sleep properly. It really spoiled our stay.

“Not worth the money”

Location. Cleanliness, linen was pathetic, doors were not closing properly, food was not of quality nor taste, too expensive for that kind of experience.

“Never go to this resort”

I had a truly disappointing experience at this resort. The rooms were not only dirty but also had a terrible smell. What's even more shocking is that the pictures on the website were completely misleading - the actual rooms looked nothing like what I was promised. I would strongly advise against staying here, as it's nothing short of a scam.

“It wasn't worth the price”

I must admit that the hotel's location was one of its strongest points, making it easy to get around the area. However, my stay was marred by the unpleasant condition of my room and bathroom - it was a far cry from the clean and inviting space I had envisioned based on the online photos. The state of the towels didn't exactly help to improve my impression, and I couldn't help but feel that the reality fell short of the promise.
