I had a minor issue that was handled timely and professionally. I felt the property was an excellent value, which I desperately needed after many miles on the road. Breakfast was included, and that was what mattered most. Very clean and comfortable. I hope they fix their waffle maker soon!

I liked the location because it was convenient, but the shower lacked a handrail.

The cleanliness, the location near the university, the small but nice pool that stayed cool and clean, and the good value were all positives. The bathroom layout was annoying: the sink was in the same room as the bedroom, separate from the shower and toilet; a separate bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet would have been better. The air‑conditioning was very loud, and the breakfast was a bit limited.

I enjoyed the breakfast, and there was nothing else to criticize.

The room was large with comfortable seating, the pillows were perfect, and the swan‑towel artwork on the bed that greeted us was a lovely touch. However, the hotel is a budget property and its exterior looks unattractive, while the interior is much more appealing.
