Although brief, our one-night stay at Triton Beach resort was peaceful, relaxing, and truly enjoyable; the staff were cordial and punctual, and the food was amazing and served promptly, except for a minor Wi‑Fi glitch that may have been caused by bad weather. At about 11 pm we couldn’t reach the reception, which could be improved for better accessibility, but everything else was perfect.

The breakfast was just average, and while the hotel isn't right on the beach, it's only a few meters away. It would be better if it were directly on the beach.

The hotel itself looks nice and the staff are courteous, polite, and professional, and the dinner food was good. However, there is no direct connection to the sea beach and no seating near the balcony view; the hotel should have advertised that. You have to walk outside the premises to reach the beach, whereas other hotels in the same area have a beach sitting area inside. If you want to enjoy drinks while watching the beach, this place isn't worth booking. Breakfast choices are poor, and they keep calling you from different numbers to order food, which is annoying.

The location was okay, but it's not next to the beach; you have to cross one row of another resort to get there. The family room was too large for the air conditioner, so the cooling was inadequate. I asked the staff to switch me from the family room to an executive room, but they denied it, even though the family room cost the same as two executive rooms. The beach is dirty. No iron was provided for pressing. When the tea bag, coffee bag, and fashion pouch ran out, they didn't refill them even after I requested.
