Hotel Grand View in Tbilisi

An extraordinary view of the city and the mountains surrounding Tbilisi, a very large terrace, staff are super attentive and respond quickly with precision and friendliness. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. The hotel is in the city but not in the most touristy part, which is only a 15‑minute walk, so the noise level is impeccable. The hotel is hard to find, but the staff communicate well and come to greet you. You must stop 50 m on a perpendicular street because cars can't stop right in front to pick you up; is 50 m really a problem?

I really liked the hospitality at the hotel. The staff were pleasant and responsive 😊, breakfasts were huge and tasty 😋, and the personal touch for every guest was impressive 👍. We were very satisfied with the staff, especially the managers Otto and Alexander, and the woman who cooked the breakfasts. We stayed on the 12th floor and the views were breathtaking. The only drawback was the bathroom: there were very few towel hooks and no shelves for shampoo or gels in the shower—just that one small issue.

The staff were very helpful, supportive, and quick to respond. Getting to the property was a bit tricky; it felt more like an Airbnb.
