The price is cheaper than other hotels, but it's a pretty old building. Breakfast is included for the low rate, though the selection is limited. If you prioritize cost‑efficiency, this place works; compared to a dorm it’s still somewhat better, but if you want a spotless stay, skip it. It’s a 3–4 minute walk from Sintagma Square, surrounded by many restaurants and a tiny supermarket nearby, with a slightly larger one 7–8 minutes away. The shower was poor; it seemed clogged, delivering uneven water. The room is cramped, so even with curtains you get soaked. The plug requires you to pull out the nearby light’s cord to use it, and there’s only one outlet, making charging inconvenient. Additionally, one outlet didn’t work at all.

The location is close, just 2 minutes from Athens’ historic center. The breakfast is a bit poor and the facilities are somewhat old, but having water and sodas available at the reception is a plus.
