The room was flawless with no complaints at all, and the bath‑salt service hit every little need; the bed was comfortable and I slept very well. I was disappointed with breakfast: the curry with naan was excellent, but the other dishes need rethinking, especially the overcooked, fishy‑smelling mackerel, and the whole restaurant was filled with curry aroma, which might bother guests who don’t want that scent in the morning, so managing the smell is important.

“良かったのですが、一点だけ残念でした。。。”

The staff were extremely courteous and that stood out, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, it seemed cleaning was still in progress—the floor had tissue scraps and the bathtub drain was clogged with hair and tissue, and the shower never got hot water flowing, which was the only downside.

I highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were completely clean and the staff were very friendly. The room cleaning can be repeated if you wish. Not all staff speak English, but everyone is very patient and we managed to communicate without trouble. With a little basic Japanese, my husband and I handled everything well; if you don’t know Japanese, I’d suggest having a translator handy. The area is not very touristy, so the experience feels authentically Japanese, and it’s a great place to rest with very little noise. I would definitely return if I go back to Japan.
