Our family’s first overnight in Big Bear was at cabin #C7, which had a big bed and a pull‑out couch that fit two adults and two kids; the kids adored the pinball table and hammocks, and the cabin was just a minute from our kayak spot, the Village, and 10 minutes from the Big Bear Discovery Center, so we’ll definitely return.

I enjoyed the privacy and vibe of the place, it was comfortable and I had calming days, but I wished we had a broom because we tried to keep the house clean ourselves.

The forest setting is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable, and the hot tub is a great way to unwind in the evening. The mattress could be a bit more comfortable.
