The staff were exceptionally friendly, the room was comfortable and very clean, and the bed was a 10/10—really comfortable. We paid extra for breakfast, which was very extensive, offering a choice of full fry‑up or a good selection of continental. The reception staff booked us a taxi to go into the city. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Parking was easy and the room was a good size with a large, comfortable bed. However, the place feels quite characterless and isn’t the easiest spot for central Galway.

Friendly welcome and helpful staff greeted me, and the location is great. The road noise and stains on the curtains were annoying, and the rooms could use a little updating.
