I slept very well here. The owner is incredible, so kind and supportive. I’ll definitely return when I go to Giza again!!! 💯😍🙏🏼

“Horrible location, shallow, condescending staff.”

Some of the rooms are nice, that’s about it. The staff are very fake, calculating, repetitive, and offer low‑value interactions with either Manal the female manager or Mahmoud the increasingly grumpy ‘dude in charge’. I only showed respectful communication to them, yet they became very neglectful, completely ignoring a bad review. The breakfast was bad at first, then became atrociously repetitive with no love put into it. The location is pure awful. Period. No Talabat. The street to get there feels like the most 3rd‑world thing anyone can imagine. I found a way to order from Talabat that required the managers to receive a phone call from the delivery guy – they condescendingly refused to collaborate on this most vital aspect (food). HARD PASS

At this price, the private room is the best! Also, after check‑out they kept my luggage in the room. They’ll make an Egyptian dinner for 300 pounds.

The location couldn’t have been better. It’s perfectly situated—hard to imagine a more ideal place to stay. The host was amazing and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me with every aspect of my onward travel across Egypt. They also safely stored my luggage while I spent 10 days exploring the country, so I could travel light and collect it before heading to the airport for my flight. Their kindness and hospitality made my trip much easier and more enjoyable. I visited during the off‑season, so as a solo traveler I was hoping to meet other travelers to enjoy the rooftop view together. Since there were only a few guests, that wasn’t really possible. I believe the atmosphere would be much livelier during the peak tourist season. The entrance could also be improved to create a more welcoming and vibrant first impression.
