The AC and Wi‑Fi worked, but the bathroom sink was terribly clogged the whole time and unusable. They said they would fix it but never did, so I had to use the shower to brush my teeth. The room was shabby with dirty walls that needed a fresh coat of paint. Bathroom tiles were grimy. The bed only had a fitted sheet, no top sheet, and the blanket smelled like it hadn’t been washed. The floor had long black hairs, and under the bed was filthy. Everything needed a scrub or a new paint job. Cockroaches appeared. I expected a simple, clean, bright room like the photos, but after eight nights—only because my friend was there—I moved to another hotel.
