The stay was wonderful, thanks to exceptional hospitality. The hotel was immaculate, well maintained, and set amid beautiful scenery. What stood out most were the staff—housekeeping, pool, and dining area personnel were all friendly, warm, patient, and genuinely welcoming. Their sincerity made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. A beautiful place with wonderful people. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“A great place to stay”

Everything felt premium under the Marriot umbrella, with impressive ambience, top‑quality amenities, and stellar service—especially at the front desk and concierge. The breakfast buffet had a solid variety, and the staff were fantastic. The décor felt traditionally themed yet tidy and well arranged. The location isn’t the most convenient and is a fair distance from Penang Island attractions, though a Grab car can get you anywhere; the airport is nearby, which helps if you arrive late or leave early. The breakfast menu repeated about 60 % of the same items I’d seen before. The teh tarik was too sweet with too much condensed milk, not the usual “kaw” style I’d expect, so I stopped after one sip. The morning chef—probably a trainer—didn’t cook the CKT in a convincing way; it tasted like you’d stop eating after a spoon or two.
