The laundry service didn’t reach the bathroom and the lighting was insufficient; although the room is very pretty and comfortable, it lacked light and more air.

The hotel is pet‑friendly, charging a fee of 200 pesos per dog per night. The restaurant is attached directly to the hotel, and meals can be brought to the room. We enjoyed a quiet and relaxing night, and the park area isn’t visible from the outside. We chose the pricier suite hoping for the advertised Jacuzzi after a long trip, but it was out of order; we’d have liked to know this beforehand. The room was quite spacious, so that worked out for us, but the Wi‑Fi signal was very poor and often nonexistent.

Nothing good to mention. The bed comfort needs improvement, the ceiling fan noise is annoying, and the internet and TV connection are awful—only fog appeared on the screen. I went to reception to report the TV issue; they said they’d check it, but nothing was done, which was terrible.
