“Prima service, maar slecht bed helaas.”
I was helped kindly, and I received an early‑departure breakfast package. The room looked neat and new, and the location near Central Station was convenient. Everything looked brand new, but my mattress had a huge hole, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. There was also a lot of noise from outside late at night, probably from a ventilation system or something. In the morning, when I wanted to leave early, the doors were closed and the only exit was a lift that was out of service. A gingerbread cookie in the breakfast package was past its expiry date.
