La habitación muy buena. La vista
The location and cleanliness were fine. The front‑desk staff was a short young man with a full mustache, and I didn’t even ask for his name; he wouldn’t give me access to the lobby bathroom and I had to go back to my room because my husband had taken the key while he was out buying some things. The young man at the door, a dark‑skinned, not very tall, very friendly guy, gave me access to the bathroom and was very helpful and attentive. I give a low rating to the front‑desk staff because every hotel should have lobby bathroom access; I hope they address the front‑desk issue. That was my bad experience, even though we are nationals and the other young man, who I think was Cuban, was very attentive and helpful… The service at the front desk should have solved all our questions during our stay. Thanks to the gentleman.
The metro station is right next door, which is great. The breakfast isn’t included, even though the rooms cost a lot.
The location is good. There is no hot water and no hooks to hang personal items.
