The location and staff were fantastic, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the price matched what you get. Breakfast was solid, but the rooms felt a bit cramped.

I liked how close the place is to the Karaköy pier and the tram stop, and the exchange offices nearby were handy. The rooms were spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful—worth a 10/10. The only downside was the glass partition between the shower and toilet; it felt awkward to use the bathroom when someone else was in the room.

There were plenty of sights nearby and the area was enjoyable. Walking to Galata Tower took just 8 minutes. In the morning, the street was noisy, so I had to shut the window; the threshold at the entrance was a bit drafty.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the central location was great. The rooms were small, but that wasn’t a huge issue; the bathroom was a bit cramped, especially the distance between the toilet and sink felt too tight.

The staff treated us like family, the location in Karaköy was very convenient, and the bedrooms had a pleasant modern look. The rooms themselves were a bit small.
