Our host was lovely and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy, had everything we needed in our room. Also in a great location and only a short walk to local amenities. We were given a free permit to park in a secure car park just a short walk away so that was helpful

The property was in a good location, very clean and comfortable. Greeted by Raj who was a good host and very helpful, especially as my hubby had unfortunately hurt his ankle and knee in a fall. Nothing really, had everything anyone would need for a night stay.

“Brilliant location, friendly owner, all you need for a laid back & comfortable stay in Torbay”

Coastal Waters is a lovely B&B a short walk from Torbay centre. The cleanliness of the room and on suite bathroom was exceptional, not a spot of limescale in the kettle and the bathroom suite was that spotless it looked brand new. Raj the owner/host was very welcoming, understanding of our later than hoped arrival and couldn't have done any more for us. We had the added option of breakfast, this provided cereals, yoghurts, fruit and toast - with cooked breakfast options also included. The service at breakfast was quick, food was hot and of good quality. The added extra of secure parking just a short walk away was the icing on the cake. Some of the decoration/interior may be perceived as 'dated' by some people, however this didn't effect our stay in the slightest and we were still very happy
