The beach spot is great, and having breakfast right on the sand is awesome. The beach stays quiet and the hotel’s vibe matches that. Walking along the shore is a treat. Franco and Dudu were super friendly and made everyone feel at home :) Security is on site. On the downside it’s a bit far from the action, so the supermarket or a decent Bitiko aren’t close. The food isn’t remarkable. The property sits on a slope, so you’ll have to climb stairs with uneven steps, which can be a bit tiring.

The accommodation is right on the beach. The breakfast and other meals taste good. The bar has a limited drink selection, but there’s a well-stocked shop right next door.

“Perfect place to relax”

The bungalows are well-equipped, clean, and some offer sea views. The staff is incredibly friendly and tries to meet every request. A children’s bed was even “conjured up” for us because the mattress was too small for three people in the end. The breakfast (scrambled eggs, bread, butter, etc.) was very generous and tasty, as were the other dishes on the menu. The place is a great starting point for long walks on the beach, to Tanji or in the other direction to Bijilo or even Serekunda. The property is guarded at night, we felt very safe and comfortable at all times. The only criticism is that although there are mosquito nets on the windows, there is no extra net over the bed. But since we always carry our own mosquito net with us when traveling for hygiene reasons, that wasn’t a problem either.
