Nothing positive. The bed linen was unwashed, mold was on the ceiling and a wall, the bathroom floor sloped so the whole floor stayed wet after a shower, the kitchen was dirty, there was no staff and only one caretaker who was usually sick, there was no Wi‑Fi, the TV never worked, and parking was very difficult.
The room was clean, the person in charge was very nice and friendly, the rooms were spacious, the air‑conditioning was good, the hot water shower worked well, and the bathrooms were clean.

The location was good, with ample dining options just a short walk away, and easy access to Kandy town; it felt safe and worth the money, an excellent place! Everything was good.

The rooms are new, very clean and modern, spacious, and the neighbourhood is quiet. The host is kind. I would have liked more privacy, especially since this is a hotel; it would be better if guests received the gate key themselves instead of relying on the host to open it in the evening.
