The room’s style and cleanliness were good. The room faced a somewhat busy street, but the windows were solid and the noise level was tolerable.

The rooms were cozy and the proximity to the Teatro degli Arcimboldi was great. As a base for events and concerts in the theater, it’s top!
The staff were courteous and the room was fine. The building is near a road with cars day and night; it felt like an on‑ramp to the highway.

Mattia, the only staff I dealt with, was very kind and welcoming. The location was excellent relative to the venue I had to go to, and nearby there are several eateries with a wide price range. All the necessary items (packaged) for breakfast and a possible break were available. The cost was excessive for a property like this; I can understand MI‑Cortina 26, but… in Milan prices are sky‑high, yet the offer hasn’t changed from before. The in‑room breakfast was isolated with only a coffee machine, no way to heat milk. The extra fee for check‑in after 20:00 in a city like Milan, where people move around all the time, is unreasonable.
