Superior Suite. Bed comfort and pillow exceptional. Really clean. Staff excellent. Food was not as good as it could be; if that were better it would be 10/10. Breakfast cattle market. Basic no hot fresh cooked option. Little choice when paying for dinner. Not much in the area either.

The hotel is modern and very clean. The hotel staff are amazing, polite and always happy to help in every situation. The swimming pool is always clean, and the area around it is as well. The location is good enough for nights out and travelling with your car. We stayed here for 7 nights, and our only concern was the loud music. The food (we had only breakfast) is fine; can't complain about it. So for a family holiday it's a good choice. The music in the hotel is usually very loud and lasts till midnight, so it's been hard to get used to it in the beginning. But I think music till 11 pm are more than enough IMHO.

The room was clean, had a great view of the pool, and they switched out the sheets and towels every day. It’s close to shops and the beach, so that’s a win. The pool itself was a highlight. The food, though, was pretty bland—desserts were the only tasty part, and the restaurant was sweltering with the AC never on.

The room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. It felt like I had my own space.

Our room was clean and spacious, which was nice. But the hotel was so crowded that it felt a bit cramped.
