The area is beautiful and the master suite is large. The elevator was small and slow, and the outside elevators had an issue.

“Good hotel in a great location but a couple of areas for improvement”

The location is great, the room and décor are lovely, and the rooftop bar and restaurant are fantastic and very comfortable. The service at C’an Bo restaurant wasn’t great even though the food was good, and there is only one small, slow elevator.

“Perfect location, gorgeous hotel.”

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and I can’t fault it; the rooftop pool is a treat, especially in the sunshine, and the bar up there is the place to be in the evening. The location is unbeatable, just a 10‑minute walk to the seafront, and hundreds of gorgeous small shops and restaurants are within a few minutes’ walk, so we would definitely return. The two‑hour slots at the pool feel a bit restrictive, though I understand why they’re there. The gym area is a bit cramped and it would help to have some guidance on using the resistance training equipment—it looks great but takes a bit of getting used to.
