The rooms were bad, with cockroaches under the bed and near the kettle, unhygienic bathroom flaps, unclean floor tiles, and bedsheets that hadn’t been washed or dried and were dust‑filled.

The location was good and the staff were helpful, yet a glass light attached to the wall near the bed fell suddenly; my friend was lucky not to get hurt, the sink kept clogging, and the toilets had a foul smell.
