“We had a great stay, could have been better”

It’s a family hotel with modest but nice rooms, and the staff are available. The bathroom wasn’t clean enough and there were occasional toilet problems; the TV had to be fixed to get smart features, and breakfast was very basic but reasonable.

“It was a pleasant stay of 4d3n here. Good hotel, good pool & slides, good gardens and acceptable breakfast for musli”

I love this hotel; it’s very good for families with kids.

The spot was spot on, but the rooms felt a bit dated.

The children’s facilities and pool playground were nice, but the room wasn’t clean enough and the bath drain was completely blocked.

“Brilliant resort for families and great location!”

The pool and slides were perfect for families, staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was great and rooms stayed spotless, the area was nice to stroll around with restaurants, convenience stores, salons/massage/braids nearby and Karon Beach close by. We didn’t realize it was 1.5 hours from HKT airport, so next time we’ll pick a flight that lands earlier.
