The hotel staff was kind and friendly. The property is old and needs a lot of updating. Although the lobby looks nice, the rooms are totally opposite. Misleading if you’re outside looking in. The electrical sockets were difficult to plug in appliances. The shower leaked outside of the shower stall. There was a stench from all of the water not draining properly. The carpeting was thin and worn out. My daughter got mosquito bites several times.

The staff is smiling and caring. There were some issues with credit card payment upon arrival, but they kindly allowed us to settle the room at the end of the stay. The location is a bit far from the center, but that brings a very appreciable calm.

Ich hatte ein zimmer mit balkon gebucht leider funktionierte dort nicht die klima anlage und der fernseher und die balkontür lies sich nicht schliessen. Ich bekam ein anders zimmer ohne balkon was ich schade fand. Die reinigung war oberflächlich es wurde keine bettwäsche getauscht und gereinigt gerade im hygienischen teil lies zu wünschen übrig. Das früh 8.30 die putzkollone schon im gang war und man dadurch wach wurde
