The host was extremely flexible. Unfortunately, due to the Etna eruption and the storm, checking in and out was not straightforward, but they supported us in every way and answered questions very quickly. There were no negatives.
The property is very nice, the room is welcoming and fully equipped, the area is well served by public transport and close to the long beach and bars/restaurants, and there’s also a small supermarket open until midnight nearby. The owner is extremely helpful and kind, making the stay even more pleasant!

Great location and a really lovely, helpful owner who was always happy to give advice or help out. The hotel has loads of cool retro stuff everywhere, which gives it loads of character. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking can be a little tricky if you have a rental car, especially when getting back later in the evening. However, the owner was so kind and offered to help if we couldn’t find a space. Luckily we always managed in the end

I chose this hotel partly because of the positive reviews about the host and I wasn’t disappointed! We will definitely return. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and atmospheric. Every room has air‑conditioning and a SMART TV. The promenade is really close. We wholeheartedly recommend it <3
The location and the vibe of the place are great. The service is brilliant. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The bathroom cleanliness was average, especially the shower conditions. The kitchen sink was clogged. There were no paper towels.
