“Agradable estancia por corto tiempo”
The hotel’s location and the comfort of the room were great. The bathroom in the room had an odor.
“My go to hotel for a trip to the butterfly sanctuary!”
I liked how close the room was to everything: the plaza is across the street, the movie theater is an 18‑minute walk, and shops, cafés, and restaurants surround the area. The butterfly sanctuary is about an hour away, which is fine, and the many dining options on the property were a highlight. I didn’t appreciate the shower leak in the room, and the room got a bit warm at midday—ceiling fans would have helped. I also wished there were free parking lots closer to the hotel; the one they partner with is a block away, and walking that distance with luggage on uneven sidewalks in the heat was rough.

I was really looking forward to staying here, but unfortunately, the hotel didn't live up to my expectations. I booked a room, but when I arrived, the reception was closed and no one was there to greet me. They didn't even try to offer a solution, which was really disappointing. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
The hotel sits right in the center of the square with eateries and bars attached. The bed is small, it’s hard to set the hot water temperature, there’s no A/C or heating, and street noise is noticeable. Parking is inconvenient.
